TEAM LEADERS & KEY STAFF BRETT CALDWELL, TEAM LEADER Brett joined Dallas Preston Road in February 2008 as Team Leader and Director of Growth. His main responsibilities include interviewing talented experienced and new agents, teaching Profit Sharing, coaching, and developing a recruiting committee.
His prior experience includes selling real estate for the Keller Williams Plano Market Center. He sold for more than 6 years focusing on the North Dallas, Plano and Frisco areas. He maintains his real estate brokers license and his passion has been redirected from selling real estate to coaching successful agents. After selling real estate, Brett helped grow The Republic Title branch at Preston and Frankford. He was Vice President in charge of Business Development, account management and customer relations for Republic Title. He was Team Leader, Director of Growth at KW Frisco in 2007. Brett graduated from Texas Tech University with a Marketing degree and minor in Management Information systems. He is a graduated of MetroTx Association of Realtors Leadershi program. His hobbies and interests include spending time with his family, friends, two dogs, traveling, going to the lake, golf, basketball and movies. Brett is involved in a start up church called Higher Ground and teaches bible study.
JANICE MOORE, TEAM LEADER, REALTOR, CRS Janice begin her Real Estate career in 1985 and has been one of the top producing agents in the industry winning numerous production awards with the Real Estate companies with whom she has been associated. Janice built her business on her reputation and dedication to her clients and was fortunate in receiving return business and referrals. July 1995 Janice joined Keller Williams Dallas Preston Road. In 2000, Janice's daughter, Jana joined her forming a mother/daughter team and again being one of the top teams in the company. Janice is a Certified Residential Specialist and is a member of the Women's Council of Realtors. In January 2006, Janice became a Team Leader at Dallas Preston Road where her primary responsibility is Director of Communication, Building Management, answering contract questions and coaching and consulting. She has three children and eight beautiful grandchildren. Janice enjoys spending time with all of them and going to all their many activities.
KATHY GORDON, TEAM LEADER, REALTOR, GRI Kathy began her real estate career in mid-1999 and was awarded "Rookie of the Year" for Keller Williams Dallas Preston Road and second place "Rookie of the Year" for all of Keller Williams in the year 2000. During her years as a Realtor, Kathy was a consistent "Top Producer" working extensively with referral clients and emphasizing outstanding customer service. In 2004, Kathy became a Team Leader at Dallas Preston Road, where she assists in the continuing growth of this dynamic office through recruiting and service to its associates. Her major area of responsibility includes administering its Risk Management function, acting as its legal liaison, answering contract questions, office administration, coaching and consulting. She also holds a Board of Directors position on the Collin County Board of Realtors. Kathy is a native of Houston, but has resided in Plano for the last 23 years. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Kathy had an extensive career in the telecommunications and insurance industries where she held upper level management positions excelling in leadership and customer service. Kathy's husband Richard is an agent at Dallas Preston Road. They have three daughters, two sons and 10 grandchildren.
